1. Acceptance

By using LidaShield, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

2. Service purpose

LidaShield provides scam-link checks, message checks, user reporting, watchlist intelligence, and account-based protection tools. Results are informational and may change as new evidence is collected.

3. Accounts

You are responsible for activity on your account. Do not use another person's account or attempt to bypass plan limits, admin controls, or security systems.

4. Prohibited use

• Do not submit fake reports to manipulate verdicts.
• Do not attack, scrape, overload, reverse-engineer, or abuse the service.
• Do not use LidaShield to harass, defame, or falsely accuse legitimate websites.
• Do not attempt to access admin tools, private data, or systems without permission.

5. Billing

Paid subscriptions are processed through Stripe. Plan features, prices, and limits may change as LidaShield develops. You may manage or cancel subscriptions through the billing portal where available.

6. No guarantee

LidaShield may miss threats or flag suspicious signals incorrectly. You should still use judgment, verify with official sources, and contact your bank, platform, or authorities when needed.

7. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent allowed, LidaShield is provided as-is and is not liable for losses caused by reliance on scan results, missed scams, false positives, outages, or third-party services.

8. Changes

We may update these Terms as the product evolves. Continued use means you accept the updated Terms.
