• Account information from Google sign-in, such as your email address, name, and profile image.
• Links, messages, and reports you submit to LidaShield for scam analysis.
• Scan history, message-check history, report status, usage limits, and intelligence signals generated by the system.
• Billing-related identifiers from Stripe, such as customer and subscription IDs. Payment card details are handled by Stripe, not stored by LidaShield.
• Basic technical information needed for security, abuse prevention, and service operation.

2. How we use information

• To check links and messages for scam signals.
• To build LidaShield's scam intelligence database and watchlist systems.
• To provide account dashboards, plan limits, scan history, and subscription features.
• To prevent spam, fake reports, abuse, and attempts to poison the database.
• To improve LidaShield's safety, reliability, and detection quality.

3. Scam reports and intelligence

User reports may be stored as intelligence events. A report does not automatically prove that a link is dangerous. LidaShield uses scoring, duplicate detection, trusted data, and admin controls to reduce false positives.

4. Sharing

We do not sell personal information. We may use trusted service providers such as Google sign-in, Stripe billing, hosting, database, and security infrastructure to operate the service.

5. Data retention

LidaShield keeps scan, report, and intelligence data for as long as needed to operate, protect users, prevent abuse, and improve scam detection. You may contact us to request deletion or correction of account-related information.

6. Security

We use environment variables for secrets, account authentication, admin-only controls, and payment verification. No online service can guarantee perfect security, but LidaShield is designed to reduce risk and improve over time.
